Given the collaborative nature of this assignment, a very high quality of writing and research is expected. Group members can delegate tasks, but it is highly encouraged that collaborative editing and revision be utilized so that the pieces come across as a single, cohesive project.

In groups of 3-4, students you will use Franklin county Ohio. Using County Health Rankings and the ODH community health improvement data, you will:

* Part 2: Develop a policy proposal to address the issue, with evidence as to why this proposal will improve outcomes
* 3-4 pages
* Tables and figures should be used when appropriate. All tables and figures should be integrated into the paper and referenced in text, and should not add up to more than one page of each section.
* Clearly lay out the framework of your policy. Explain the mechanism/intervention and the population it is intended to benefit
* Provide evidence from academic literature as to why this approach is thought to be appropriate to address this problem
