For this week’s assignment, present the name and description of an athletic facility you are employed by (e.g., gym owner, employee) in order to develop the required code of ethics for the athletic facility’s organization. This athletic facility can be fictitious (i.e., hypothetical). For examples, an athletic facility’s name could be: City Gym, County Fitness Center, Cove’s Sports Facility. Identify location (i.e., city, state) for athletic facility within this description. In addition, present a specific date concerning onset (i.e., start) of facility’s operations (e.g., January 1, 2015). Also, identify how many individuals are presently employed by this organization. This description should be written in the third person.
II. Additionally,
include a personal biography which can, and should be fictitious (i.e., hypothetical).
Please use your actual name in the organization’s biography. Providing your actual name helps when learning about your interests. Include a brief explanation explaining how you can assist the athletic facility with creating some code of ethics concerning their organization’s business operations. This should also be written in the third person as if it were to appear on an organization’s website. Therefore, the bio should not include words like my, I, etc. Please see the example below.
III. In conclusion, identify the
three (3) departments (i.e., see list of six departments presented in following paragraph) you will be discussing within your final project. For each identified department, provide at least three (3) sentences within a brief explanation indicating your reason(s) for selecting each department.
I. code of ethics for their organization (i.e., athletic facility) as a whole, as well as
II. the code of ethics for three (3) of the six (6) aforementioned departments within the organization
A. The
description/summary of the athletic facility should be at least two paragraphs in length.
B. Your
personal biography should include 6-8 sentences.
C. Identify the

So, she decided to begin studying to become a Physical Therapist. Suzie earned a master’s degree in Physical Therapy as well
as a several certifications in sport nutrition. Suzie is passionate about helping others. Suzie has been employed with this company since June 2015. Additional text would be presented….to conclude Suzie’s personal biography.
